Wasn't sure where to put this post, but I just had a general question. I've been reading a lot about this. Do you get loose skin if you don't work out?

You get loose skin for different reasons. Genetics, being overweight for a long time, age, how fast you lose weight, etc. Generally, if you lose weight slowly and you lift weights, you'll probably end up with less loose skin, but it's impossible to say, you just have to do you and see what happens.1

Have you tried Keto?0 -
I'm just here to give you a kudos for spelling loose instead of lose. It automatically puts you in an upper echelon of posters.0

Whether you workout or not, loose skin happens for a variety of reasons. From my experience, if one has 80+lbs to lose, it's likely there's going to be loose skin. And even if it's not that much, people can still have it. Age, genetics, how long one was overweight are factors and differ from person to person. All you can do is lose weight and see. You DON'T control that outcome.
