Activity level
Hi there. I was just wondering about the activity level. I do on average 30k steps a day. What should I set it to?

Activity Level?
I walk around 5 miles sometimes more a day. I do about 17-20k steps. I work in a busy wood yard, where I lift 30-40kg roofing battens on a production line for 10 hours a day. We lift hundreds of packs. What should I set my activity level at please?

Eating enough and exercising
I'm back on the diet again, my last weigh I was 239 pounds, I started at 272 I've recently started doing a run walk program with press ups and sit ups because I can't get to the gym.
