Hello I mean I start with 5x5 strengh on every workout followed by lots.of hypertrophy would.it be productive to focus on one or both per session

I benched 140kg on incline bar for 1 and managed 1 on 100kg on clean and press At 85kg bw

Do you find squats easy I find it easy but deadlift I can't move any decent weight and normally end up.injuring myself.during

And dumbell incline 65s for 3 can't put any higher as dumbells max out at my gym at that lol

I tried to add both strengh and hypertrophy I'm in a deficit of 600 roughly.protein is high for my weight and height but it's very tiring keeping the same.strengh levels they havnt dropped.yet but that's.most proberly due to the pre workout and caffeine I'm.having

I want to cut I've never really had a program up to now just lifted to strengh and power now want general muscle size I've recently only.just realised a good diet and researched what to.do.as before I just ate and thought I'd get big lol thanks for your input mate

But would hypertrophy on a deficit be counter productive due to not being in a surplus to build muscle? So wouldn't it in a sence make you loose muscle so your bmr.would drop?

Thanks for the reply I.currently.do strengh start followed by hypertrophy then cardio once my glycogen levels are empty but was unsure I know cardio burns alot.of calories.and helps the burn rate for.the day but wasn't sure if one or the other is best to focus on

More muscle is more bmr you need.more calories to.fuel your new muscle so calories will.go up but by then you will be in a routine

Also at one point I had for breakfast a energy drink and a nutragrain bar then nothing to dinner for cutting I need 2000 calories to loose 1lb per week I was hitting 1500 lol I've educated myself alot.more but eating small meals a day adds up better also keeps your.metabolism firing all day

Yeah it'll get easier litrally.i use to eat alot bad stuff ready meals at midnight potnoodles were terrible just crap I did it very wrong but yeah I craved food after even when I knew I.didnt need it then when it came to cutting.it was very very hard was constantly hungry now I've leveled out but stick to it your body…

Protein shakes are easy way and other shakes anything liquid that's good for you and once you start getting the food in you will love it. But when you come to cutting it will be soo hard lol I use to eat everything and anything then when I cut my god I was hungry

All you can eat chinease completely filled.my body with glycogen and water my god I ballooned but proberly.over did it lol

It is doable but enjoyable would proberly stop when you get past 3000 lol good luck to you mate :D
