Day 60, 3-2-24: Wt. 144.5 today, what? Yep under 145 for first time. Today posted food, walked the dog, otherwise in front of fire (it is nasty outside in Nor Cal) and planning a spring trip to the desert. I am committed to this and needed this win today.
