Go on girl! You got this. Log everything, be honest with yourself. Move a little more, even if it's 10 minutes walk 3 times a day to start with. Be constant. Don't give up. Every day is a small step. Take the scale lightly, your weight will go up and down but the overall picture is what matters! You've got this! When I…

Thank you. That's exactly how I feel. I jumped on the scales this morning and 0.9lb up this week but this is exactly how my weightloss has gone, down, up, down up, so in a few weeks I'll be more down. Mentally frustrating but I'm learning to trust more in pictures and the way clothes and how I feel. Thank you for your kind…

Thank you! It took me a while to understand slow and steady, especially in the beginning. Now I know there is no rush, as long as I keep going slowly I can stick to this forever <3
-
Thank you so much for your kind words ❤. A pound a week is fantastic! I slowed mine right down to 0.5lb a week when the scale "stuck" but learning to take the scale with a pinch of salt! :)

I have had a fotbit for years! Recently upgraded to a newer model and paid for premium. I love it! I really find it motivates me to move more. I love that when I'm exercising I can track my heart rate and make sure I'm pushing myself to the level I want to be. I love the premium feature as I can use the workouts, get…

👏 you sound like me, I'm not looking to diet, just watching what I eat and exercising more! I'm running 3-5km 2 or 3 times a week and use "fitbit coach" 2 or 3 times a week. I love it! And its working! 36lb since March!!! 8 more pounds to go until my next goal 💪. We got this!

hey there! I sync my fitbit to myfitnesspal and have set it at 1lb to lose and sedentary... i eat some of my cals back that fitbit give me (not all) - although I do have a cheat day now and again! Loving these! I need to join in! * getting out clothes from a couple of years ago that I would not have fit in 4 months ago and now they fit.. comfortably! (For now) * hating the idea of missing a workout * picking up my 17 month old boy and realising I used to carry around MORE than what he weights!

I have lost 25 lbs since the 20th of April and not given up my treats. Its all about moderation. Choosing something small that can fit in your calories. I eat back most of my exercise calories as I do not want to undereat or starve myself, which is very important to me. You can't restrict yourself as this is a lifestyle…

Fantastic! And good for you! Glad you have made such great improvements with your relationship with food. Life is for living and you have proved it right there and still met your goals. Well done!
-
Amazing! Well done on smashing 2 goals and almost on a 3rd! That's fantastic. I love that feeling when you peak for a while then suddenly drop. It makes it all worth it.
-
I can finally do a few proper push ups! Also fitting comfortably in some old trousers that have been in the loft for the last 3 years!!!! :D I tried them on in April and couldn't even fasten them up! B)
