  • I'm not going to be eating 1200 I'll be having 1800 lol! Just I new if I put "if I burn 800 kcal while eating 1800, is equivalent to eating 1000" everyone would laugh thinking I could burn 800 a sesh lol! I just wanted the math, thanks for the info though :smiley:

  • Thank you guys! I know it's not a huge deal in the long run, but my brain usually says well you f'ed up today so no point for the rest of week. That's why I'm over weight in the first place!!

  • The thing is its not even like I am under eating! My goal is 1200 but I exceed it daily!! My best day this week was when I ate 1700. My goal weight is 10 stone. I'm currently 13 stone. And I'm only 5'5
  • Thanks I'll give it a look!! Yea after strength training I could eat a horse. Which isnt great cos that I do at least 3 x a week! I suppose if it was easy we would all be the weight we wanted wouldn't we. It just drives me up the wall some times!!

  • I wouldnt want to. I'm just interested in the affects it has on the body. I don't plan on taking any diet pills whatsoever. And also not interested in taking then. But so many people do, for a quick fix.

  • Thanks guys! I have been putting in the lower estimate as 200kcal is such a big difference to burn. I don't have a HRM (need to invest). I suppose for me personally it is a very vigorous exercise, but I understand it won't be for others. Just for the record I'm 23, 5'6 and 185lbs :smile:

  • Grams. All my scales are grams. Makes it easier for me lol! How much can water retention weigh up to? How many lbs? Give or take? Surely it can't be all water retention. The thing is when I've done the exact same thing before I have lost weight. I lost around 3lbs in the first week then gradually got slower as expected
