Can I drink as much alcohol as I like as long as it is in my calorie deficit and still lose weight?

Running
Last week I ran 5.3miles average pace 12 minutes 30 seconds. Today I ran 7.3 miles average pace 9 minutes and 50 seconds. My fitbit says I only ran 1500 more steps today than I did when I ran 5 miles. Have I taken longer strides= less steps or has something gone wrong?

Is it true that it takes time for your mind to adjust to your new size? Which can cause you to feel the same size as you was when you started? Regardless if you are at your goal weight or still have lbs to lose to get to your goal weight (but still lost). What are peoples experiences?

Treat days?

Do different coloured peppers count as multiple portions of your 5 a day? For example if you put a red pepper and a yellow pepper in your meal does that count as 2 portions of your 5 a day or is it just 1 portion of your 5 a day?

I bought a meal kit. It contains a portion of noodles and a sauce. It tells you to add chicken, egg, veg etc. On the box it says it 795kcal(as prepared) Does this mean it's 795kcal with the ingredients or are the noodles and sauce 795kcal alone?

Hi there. I have Samsung health and it counts my steps on my phone, this is synced to MFP but when I go to my profile, no matter how many steps I have done it says 0 steps. But both apps say they are linked. Can I have any help?

Weight loss
If you eat the right amount of calories for the day, but have your last meal right before sleep. Will that still make you gain weight as I've heard you shouldn't eat before bed as it makes you gain weight. But with my job I have to.
