Thanks for the advice. It’s been a hard process, as I increased my training, so losing fat, but gaining muscle. I’ll give the fasting a go.

Great to find a keto section here. Been on the diet since October and lost 23lbs, but seem to have hit a wall. Any suggestion/ experience fro anyone here would be a real help.

It's takes a long time to go trough the process. I'd never heard of FODMAPs until I saw a specialist. Likewise, I'm also gluten and dairy intolerant. Are you being tested for further intolerances?
