  • I have 2 cups of regular coffee in the morning ~ and for the rest of the day I am caffeine free. I like a coffee in the morning and I can't seem to find a good de-caf that doesn't cost almost 2x more than regular.
  • I had a fitbit to start -about 5 years ago. It was okay but when I got my Garmin, I loved it way better, bought the heart rate strap and about 4 months ago treated myself to the Vivosmart HR. I really like it for the heart rate tracking when I do cardio for the calorie burn and no extra equipment to put on.
  • Hi Everyone! I am starting over again after the year of 2016 :o I am looking for support and friendship to help me lose the extra 20 pounds I gained back and then lose the rest of the weight I need to.
