Hello, my name is Eryn and this is my 3rd time using MFP. I know it works as the first time using it 3 years ago I lost 20 pounds and felt great. I am now 52 and over the last 2 years have gained it back.
I'm a tall woman at 5'9, but don't like tipping the scales over 170. My metabolism has slowed down, but I do walk daily and do my 10,000 steps. I'm finding the weight this go around very very slow in coming off. I'm looking for support in getting some real healthy recipes, low carbs, and positive feedback. Thank you
