Just eat a normal if not slightly smaller healthy meal and start afresh tomorrow. Starving yourself for the rest of the day in my opinion isn't a healthy attitude towards food. Tomorrow is a new day! <3

WOW guys I really didn't expect all these replies (OP here!) whilst some of them have been a little tough to read I appreciate the responses - constructive criticism is always a good thing! I may have phrased it wrongly but first of all I need to clarify that I don't ever try and stop him from eating anything! I merely get…

Clearly you missed my point - I don't try and stop him from eating anything, nor did I say that so get off your high horse. I have already acknowledged and admitted that I need to work on my willpower and that this is an internal issue that I have to deal with. I also said that part of my resentment is me trying to look…

That's great advice thank you. I've just ordered some adjustable ones online that go up to 10KG to start off with

Sorry should have said! Shifting fat and toning up, particularly my legs, stomach and arms. I've already noticed a big difference in my hips& waist (I do a lot of side leg lifts and waist turns with the kettlebell) and some difference in my legs/bum so looking to ramp it up now as what I'm doing is getting a bit too easy…

This is amazing!!! FINALLY some people who aren't obsessed with sticking 'under their calorie goal' I can't tell you how sick to death I am of people congratulating each other for not eating enough! Hi everyone

Why don't you make it yourself? It may sound like a ballache but my mum makes her own yogurt with a yogurt maker, it tastes so good and is easy! That way you know exactly what is in it

Well you like peas and green beans so that's a good start. You could make a pea and ham/bacon or pea and mint soup maybe? If you puree it you may not taste the onions in so may be able to slip them into your diet sometimes. I don't like many veggies either, I just make myself eat them now. I eat them first on my plate so…

Personally I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to be counting every calorie you eat for the rest of your life then yes but otherwise it's far healthier to view this app as a tool for changing your lifestyle. Everybody on here seems fixated with calories because yes eating less of them makes you lose weight, however…

Every day. I get jealous of my best friend who can eat what she wants and is still a (UK) size 8, always has a tan as she lives in Australia most of the time and has the most fantastic skin I have ever seen. Every time I see her or speak to her online I come away feeling like a fat ugly lump ha ha

Have a nice big bubbly bath and use every lovely scented scrub/face mask I have. Shave my legs, blowdry my hair properly and style it and put a full face of makeup on. Oh and do my nails

How do your clothes fit, are they looser in some areas? How do you look do you feel slimmer? It sounds like you're doing a lot of exercise that work the legs, the stairs in particular will do that. What about mixing some of your workouts up a bit, try a zumba or fitness class or boxfit to work the upper body more? Also do…

1. I've been wearing the same pair of socks for 3 days now 2. I have a 6 month old puppy who keeps stealing and burying my socks in the garden 3. I am addicted to Icelandic yogurt. I wake up in the night craving it!

Eurgh hormones tell me about it, I've had various blood tests recently for mine over the past few months as I was so up and down and bloated! I've now started on a different contraceptive pill which seems to be calming everything down a bit slowly. I'm also hoping this has been a factor in the non scale move! I might try…

This is exactly why I stopped weighing myself, I was getting obsessed too and if it didn't move or moved upwards (even by half a pound) I'd get really depressed and either binge eat (self destructive I know) or starve myself. I have a very obsessive personality so I decided it wasn't best for me!

Thanks guys, sounds like this is something I am going to just have to deal with and work on my willpower! Part of the reason it annoys me is because now that I am more aware of what is in certain foods I am trying to look out for his health too. Drinking your body weight in sugary coke and eating a multi pack of crisps a…

Yep logging my calories daily, 1,200 of them. I'm technically not overweight just at the top end of my healthy weight range so I don't tend to lose weight quickly anyway. I'm focusing more on the foods I'm eating so trying to eat cleaner, lots of protein, super foods and lower carbs on training days. I'm using myfitnesspal…
