@shmeega this was so damn good!!!! I didn't have cocoa powder, so I used a 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and coconut extract and added blueberries to the mix. I need to work on my presentation cause it was hard to keep them in a neat shape

Amazing stuff. Please keep posting. I love looking at food pics and seeing how different people cook. My meal tonight: miso salmon, asparagus and brown rice. Also my morning smoothie(it's the only way I'll eat beets)

Be patient op. Remember 70% of weight loss happens in the kitchen and how much you eat. If you haven't been physically active I would take it slowly. No need to risk a heart attack or stroke. But if your body can handle running 2-3 miles a day have at it. Good luck on your journey. People want fast results but it's better…

I'm using the Olive Garden Italian dressing. But about to switch to the Paul Newman light balsamic vinaigrette. Both taste amazing and can be purchased at stores.
