Thanks for the reply. Can I ask are you doing 50% protein to build muscle? Or is that something you've come to based on your own experiences? My fat and protein are the opposite to yours (protein 15, fat 65 though its always there about give or take 20ish).

My aim is to do this by the time I hit 44 (August). So far finding the app keeps me honest, although I am only 1 day in! We can all do it.

I actually just made some mayo tonight Which was delicious but not vegan. Tastes so much better than store bought. I don't know Hellmans but checked ingredients - soybean oil, sugar, vinegar, potato and corn starch look problematic. Depends how hard core you intend to be.
