I ate well and drank lots , put 2lbs on when it settled down this morning.back to work and back on it tomoz. Happy with that.back to my routine, that sorts me out HNY

Every day.same time same routine. Ive learned not to get stressed if it goes up, its kept me at it doing it this way.little wins mean a lot.

Same as this, i weighed in 10 mins ago...12st 12lbs .2 , it can swtch to kgs but i grew up measuring this way. Thats my xmas weigh in...up a lb by the way , urgh

B and m bargains in uk do a chewy bar which gives a great sugar boost.its called skinny bar and is only 99 calories and you really feel you have had a "hit" after it

A lot of us have been there, its down to you to get back to doing what worked, im exactly the same , ive had a weekend of over indulging and my old ways are creeping in.ive only gone up a pound but it makes me think why bother and i slip back to bad old habits, its tough but only you can do it. First of all, relax, its done, you feel a bit bloated but its not a disaster.try and be super good for a week then you will rescue it back.the scales will move a wee bit but will soon be back to normal. We have all done it....its no biggy

Be prepared for the scales to stall at any given time and then prepare for the WOOSH effect. It will all then become clear.

Belly fat is hard to shift and no gaurantees that it will just go, however i gave up alcohol for 10 weeks now and it made an immediate impact

Never even thought about it, i like what im doing now, its a long term goal so im in no rush and slowly but surely the weight is dropping. Try dumping all alcohol , its has changed the shape of me in 10 weeks

There no hard and fast rule you “will “ lose weight every week, just keep going and this will work for you and most people.

You sound like you are doing most things right, maybe ease up on the gym and try nice walks it’s how I do it and stick to the calorie intake and then there’s no reason for it not to work.
