Little update, im past nine weeks now, it doesnt sound a lot but its over 2 months, my waist line is shrinking and all round i feel a bit healthier.im weirdly at a point now of being scared to drink ever again.i survived a big party test at the weekend easily. I lost well over a stone but developed a neck problem and was laid up for 2 months, the tablets increased my appetite too...im now getting married next june, theres my incentive.That stone went back on, ive almost lost half of it, im going for a new record low now. Come on !!

The Atkins diet, its just pretty dangerous though long term isnt it? All that fat cant be good surely? Im no expert and have tried low carb, trouble was if you stop the "diet" you put quite a bit back on quickly. Now i just log and watch the calories.simple

Ive never set foot in a gym, im 50 and have the physique of a bodybuilder, my weight is up n down , i diet, to keep active i walk, i dont run my knee wont allow it now. My job is driving a lot, i shouldnt look like i do, work that one out ! :D

Yes that can be done but you have picked an extremely tough time of the year to be so harsh. Just put ya stats in and you will be given a calorie target and the work ya socks off !!! Good luck and i hope you make it, my son did it in 6 weeks 23.5lbs he was 15st and 6ft 1
