It can be difficult at this time of year, its easy to always say its xmas but it comes with a cost so limit the damage and folk will stay on track, however a bit of indulgence is fine.

Been a tough week as every party has come full on ....however ive been good the next day and the next and today im being good.ive taken loads of great advice off here so it keeps me focused and i dont worry too much about a little gain.

You need low calorie munchy food ! Try pickled onions. Carrott sticks Cream crackers(30 cals each) Apples Coffee This is what i use, i always "try" and keep a couple of hundred for pre bed munchies . Stick at it, this works
