Feeling good, weighed in at gym before workout yesterday, I have lost 13 lbs since I started there. I was over 345 got down to 192, though diet and exercise, mostly walking. Went up to 250, started walking/jogging again .12 to 16 km per day, that was in 2015. Starting over again. I walked 14.5 km yesterday and 12.5 this morning. I need the support... please add me
