I have always liked my coffee light and sweet. Been drinking coffee the majority of my life (my mom is from Argentina, and all the kids drink coffee), and first I weaned myself off of sweetners. It's hard to get exercise in when you're life is so consumed in the grind of the day. I am an executive assistant in a well known company to the VP of sales. I don't like anything that's good for me, but I try to eat it anyway. One thing I can't eat is most seafood. For some reason I can handle tuna, but nothing else. I don't like food that looks the way it did when it died. YUCK

I thought it was going to be hard too, but it's not too bad. And exercise gains you some more calories to eat. I do spend more time looking at labels but it's really been worth the effort.
