I've checked my blood sugar levels in the morning after a fast and it was about 99 which is okay I guess but I was thinking it should be lower. Whenever you get your blood results can you post if they are better on here?

Well keto isn't really about calories it's about consuming more fat than your protein and carbs combined in grams. I consume about 1200 - 1900 calories a day at times. My protein is usually at 60 - 70 grams my carbs are under 20 grams and my fats are about 90 to 115

Yeah I've had my levels checked even recently they're all good I have had this since I was 4 so I doubt that's the case I'm going to try allergy medicine

Wow, thank you so much! I feel like you definitely get it!!! So has the allergy medicine taken away so of that? I mean literally to walk again would be the greatest dream lol. Disney trips are the worst, I'm only 25 and sometimes I'd have to use those electric scooters because it's so bad! And I'm not that out of shape do…

Not in my case, I used to walk long distances and it will start up and never wore off I just had to fight my way back

Hmm that's interesting, it's been happening since i was about 4 so it's probably not due to weight, but i understand. I walked yesterday abnormal it was about 55 outside and it started it was so bad i had to fight through it

This is a good read and i think it's in the ball park but it's happened as young as 4yrs of age i doubt i was it off shape then.. idk i have my doc looming into it but it's stopped me from walking as much. And i love to walk

Does yours stop if you walk past it? For me i have to stop or sprint to my destination so that i can sit or stand still

Like I mentioned this is something I've been dealing with my whole life even at my most active points. It doesn't stop until I stop walking. it continues and I have to fight through it but it's the most uncomfortable feeling

I love that idea, i dont want to use this as an excuse but i have this weird and uncomfortable itching that randomly happens to my legs when i walk most of the time. It's uncontrollable and prevents me from going further or wanting to walk back it feels like a million ants on both my legs i need to see what thats about!

I'm so glad you can relate and you're right I should start small and work my way up! I'm actually going to try some of these suggestions tomorrow. I thought it was a good question and it turned out to be a great question because I got so many different point of views.

Yes I tried that once but the class I was in was filled with eight year olds, i'm not sure if that mattered but I love being in the water. It was just to slow paced
