So I'm on the keto diet, I have been on this diet sense January 15th. January 15th I was 205 today February 7th 188!! I get to eat my favorite foods and all of that jazz, my question is anyone on this way of eating do lab results? If What was the outcome?
I've been dealing with this since I was a child, anytime I walk for an extended amount of time my legs start itching all over..and it stops me from going any further! It really sucks, it feels like a million ants all over my leg it doesn't hurt it just itches tremendously. I want to know if anyone else has experienced this
I'm on my keto diet I've been on this way of eating for a week now I have about 1600 calories a day, 20grams of carbs (net) 70g of protein and 130g of fat. (Pre keto) So far i haven't been able to get lower that 200 on the scale, with this I've keto plan I'm noe 194! Only a week and feeling more energized and eating more…
So I'm dieting and eating healthy but i just don't like working out nor want to get into it! Anyone have this issue?
