This is what happened. She originally posted her OP in a foreign language, I think Greek? She quickly changed it to English. I think the poster is not an English speaker. I just happen to catch it when she first posted.

You may lose a half a stone by then, but I would definitely go to the seamstress and get it altered route. I would not take a chance on a dress that may or may not fit on your wedding day. That would be disappointing.

When you get down to the last few pounds, accuracy is key. Do you use a food scale to weigh everything you eat? Side note: it took me 3 months to lose the last 10 pounds. I’m 61. Age shouldn’t be an issue.

Forty pounds is already amazing but the next 20 will be slower. It probably won’t happen by August. You will get closer though.
