I skip rope from 15-30 minutes 2-3 days a week, with recovery workouts as much as I can in between. I could do more if I had more time to do recovery.

I only log vigorous exercise that I do, like jump roping. Before I would do that and thought I had the allowance to eat more. Completely backfired. Now that I do only the vigorous, I seem to be shedding without compromising my body.

I also swear on measuring food. However I still use measuring spoons and cups at work, it's been helpful in gauging how much I consume. What it doesn't help is the cravings, my white whale.

I second this! I started working out so I wouldn't grow roots (major couch potato). I wasn't losing weight but it wasn't long before I was able to get up the stairs without getting winded. It's actually simple if you are addicted to sugar. Being addicted, you cannot eat "just a little bit" because it either turns into " a whole-hella-lot" or torture craving more sugar while not eating it.

I understand and I am on day 5 of the same. I'm doing it not for a fad but a way to change my lifestyle. I have ridiculous cravings, I can eat all night, and I have terrible brain fog.
