Tracking your calories will make seeing exactly whats going on much much easier. Make sure you log everything. Weight loss isn't going to be an overnight fix it'll take a while and sometimes life gets in the way making it even slower. Don't stress too much over it you'll get there!

It depends on what you setup your deficit at. If you went for the 2lbs/wk then your numbers are going to be set for those 2lbs a week. Ideal weight would be to get back down to the 160-180 range but I'm a long way off. Just taking it one week at a time for weigh-ins for now and enjoying the small victories.
