I've been on my weight loss journey for a couple months months now and decided I wanted to get a little more serious with it so I signed up for MFP today to help better track my calories/progress. Looking to make friends with other like minded people on their journey to help keep eachother on track/share recipes/support. Feel free to add me all. Have a good one.

    Ideal weight would be to get back down to the 160-180 range but I'm a long way off. Just taking it one week at a time for weigh-ins for now and enjoying the small victories. Losing a couple pounds a week and being more active. Do something a little more out of my comfort zone and ramp up the exercise as I can. How about you?

    I'm the same, but between 140-160 so have a long way to go. Been going to the gym 5 times a week so hoping they'll help!
