Have you ever tried Quorn? If not, you should! My favorite is Meatless Pieces and also the Steak Strips. I put it on my salads but it would be amazing in stir fry too. So good!!

No reason to be embarrassed. I eat a pint of Low Cow ice cream every single night. It's always automatically included in my dinner calories, can't go without it. 😁

Same here. Flavored seltzer water is all I drink except coffee. It was an acquired taste when I first started drinking it a few years ago but I absolutely love it now.

I don't take rest days. Haven't skipped a day of my main exercise in over a year and it's only been a handful of days before that since I started 3 years ago. I generally eat 1/2 of the exercise calories back, and I do eat goat cheese daily. I had read that if you had a B-12 deficiency that could cause more energy but you're right, I've felt no increase.

I eat a protein bar with a cup of coffee before my very early morning cardio. Definitely wouldn't survive a 4am exercise without it.

Also I've noticed that seltzer water makes me go even more than coffee for some reason.

Same here. I drink lots of flavored seltzer water all day, then have a humongous salad for dinner every night and go through the same thing. The daytime peeing multiple times is one thing but I also get up to pee 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night, lol.

Same here! I've been hooked on riced cauliflower lately too. I've been buying the huge bags from Costco. It's so good with hot sauce on it and super low calorie. Yum.

I exercise very early in the morning and use one caffeine pill before my workout which is equal to two cups of coffee + a protein bar. Once that hits my system I'm good!

Same here. In fact I feel like I'm starting to become a little too obsessed about it. Counting constantly every single bite like a math problem, but I can't stop. Ugh. Trying to find a balance of healthy vs. overkill.

I exercise very very early in the morning, so my routine when waking up is a caffeine pill (equiv of 2 cups coffee) and a small protein bar. If I didn't have both of those items I wouldn't survive, lol.

Recently I've been riding my bike around the neighborhood when I get home from work like a 37 year old third grader. It helps put the rough day behind me. Did I mention the Super Mario Brothers shirt and Ducktales socks? Yeah, my neighbors are jealous I'm sure, lol.

I just recently started drinking my coffee black. I drink French vanilla flavored k cups but with nothing added. It was a rough transition but I'm really into it now!

I stopped eating potato chips, coffee creamer and trying to stay away from candy bars, cookies, etc. Mainly because they're a slippery slope but also just trying to test my strength to see if I can do it. I still eat a pint of light ice cream per night though. Low Cow or Halo Top is life! Lol. I've been good for a while.…

I exercise at home on my Bowflex Max Trainer so not a gym, but a few months ago I switched from doing it in the evenings after work to super o'dark:30 early in the mornings.
