Well, instead of using glucose to power your body you use fat which is burned to generate ketones. It's the fastest way of shredding fat. The body becomes a fat burning furnace. It's hard, not the 1st diet I would recommend if you are new to eating clean and on time. But it's effective!!!!

If your goal to shred that fat asap, then the moat effective diet I guess is ketogenic one. It's hard but gives immediate results. Hope it helps.
