Time for a new beginning

Have been eating clean for a long time now. Have been dieting properly and putting on mass and fat. Soon it'll be time for cutting that fat and I will be starting a keto diet. If anyone is thinking of doing it around start of March, add me, let's catch up, let's make it fun. Motivation is something you can never have enough!!
And to everyone else, specially in Germany around freiburg, let's meet up, let's workout together sometime. Let's do some activity.

    Well, instead of using glucose to power your body you use fat which is burned to generate ketones. It's the fastest way of shredding fat. The body becomes a fat burning furnace. It's hard, not the 1st diet I would recommend if you are new to eating clean and on time. But it's effective!!!!

    If this is what I think it is, I found it in the "Eat more Weigh Less" books( I don't remember who the author is). By eating lots of one type of food you start to turn your body into a fat furnace. Effective.
