Bit late to the party here, but I work slightly different as I am working through an Olympic lifting programme and I am currently lifting with a snatch grip on my overhead squat days. Its really helped me with my T-spine mobility and pulling my hips through on my conventional deadlifting. A couple of weeks ago I lifted…

I possibly might not apply to this, but I am 5'3 and 150lbs (but at 22% bf) and I maintain at about 2400, with 10k steps a day, 3 Olympic weight lifting sessions a week and a functional cardio session and longer dog walks on the weekend :)

Just wanted to drop by and say you look awesome!!!
-
I'm currently a BMI of 27.3..

I think you might be missing the point- baking a cake and only having one slice is not always possible (for some not all- clearly you are an exception, and I am jealous!) So being able to make one serving at a time does have its merits! :)
-
Just wanted to drop by and say that you look amazing! Definitely where I would like to be at some point :) I am just as hard on myself- I have been lifting for about 3 years now and feel like I don't look all that different to where I started, so I know how you feel!

I am 5"3 and around 150lbs.. I wouldn't want to know what I would look like at 115lbs! :s
-
Cute :)
-
I'm 5"3, the first photo I was about 175lbs, the second photo I was 140lbs and the final one I am back up to 150lbs :)

That I'd like a gym date? :)

Thank you :) <3

I forgot to say that that's the 4th heaviest girls deadlift ha!! Mine is the same kind of gym, which is why I chose to train there, couldn't go back to a chain gym now!! Your gym sounds amazing, I'm jealous!
-
Wow, amazing, well done :) The closest Ive come is that I have the 4th heaviest deadlift in my gym, ha!
-
Thank you!! :)
-
Hows has it gone?
-
Thank you :) I started at 76kg (not shown) Got down to 61kg at the end of last year, and now back up to around 68kg give or take! Are you a powerlifter? I have been training and looking to compete in strongwoman stuff, but the UK comps seem to be either very light, miles away or massively heavy ha!
-
The first pic I am the same weight as I am in the last pic- the only difference being a year and a half of progressive lifting :)
-
I am 5"3, started at 76kg, went down to 61kg, but now back up to around 68kg, eating around 2,100-2,600 a day :) The photos don't show where I started, as I don't have them on my phone anymore, but it gives an idea..!
-
Feel free to add me- I started about 2 years ago at 76kg, got down to 61kg and have now worked my way back up to 67kg, but most of that has been muscle :) I eat about 2100 and weight 4x a week and 1x cardio !
