Sometimes your body can confuse hunger with thirst. So are you drinking enough water throughout the day? Try eating some more filling healthy foods such as pulses, snack on nuts or have lean dried meats as a snack for a protein hit perhaps?

Easy, it's my favourite meal at the moment! Roasted butternut squash and reduced fat feta cheese salad (peppery leaves and spinach) dressed with a little balsamic vinegar. So nice and tastes a little naughty
