I have heard that adding almond milk to coffee makes it come out yucky. Have you had this experience with the creamer?

I try not to prep more than 4 or 5 days in advance. This way I don't get sick of food and if something comes up (dinner at a friends house, stuck at work late) and I miss a day or two of that meal, I'm not stuck eating/throwing away really old food.

I hate salad and I've given up on eating it. I would rather just eat a bowl of veggies.

Once I bought fat free plain yogurt.... WHAT A MISTAKE. Had to throw all of it out. I'll stick with regular or flavored.

Not so much taste but I eat so much less than I did before... so on bad days when I'm eating a large amount of something filling I simply CANT gorge myself like I used to or I'll get sick.

I'm thinking about bringing this snack that I like: cucumber slices with red pepper hummus and black olives on top, sprinkled with feta. Easy, fancy looking, and hopefully won't break the calorie bank!

I'll drink a cup of chicken broth, or this Borsht cocentrate I found. If I'm STILL hungry after that I will eat something more substantial.

I haven't done it a day in advance but I have logged all my meals I plan to eat for the day first thing in the morning. For me it's the same thing- not worrying about straying from my plan!

Sometimes if I make a rich soup I'll throw in a tablespoon of that into the eggs. Did this the other day with a roasted red pepper soup and Yum!!

My goal is to put good food into my body :) which is why I'm worried about vitamins.

I can never prep for 7 days ahead. My veggies get soggy... I get suspicious about my protein... and I get sick of it. I usually do 4 or 5 days ahead.

You just have to find what works for you. People always talk about the importance of snacking on a diet so as not to restrict yourself, but for me personally if snack I can't control myself! So I stick to 3 meals a day no snacks and it's been keeping me on track more than anything else anyone has reccomended.

Also just a note... We don't know OPs situation here. Not everyone has access to a stove, or to huge amounts of fridge or freezer space. All well and good to say cool a huge batch of something and freeze it but that requires a stove, large pots, and freezer space which not everyone has or can afford right now. Just saying.…

Anyone saying it is cheaper to eat healthy has obviously never been poor... Sure, maybe it's cheaper in the long run to purchase health food and ingredients in bulk.
