Vitamins + baking/cooking?
I've always wondered about this... how much of a foods nutritional value goes away when cooking? For instance today I baked muffins made with pumpkin puree. Inputting the ingredients on mfp gives me all the nutrients in the pumpkin, but do I lose all those nutrients after they bake in the oven for 20 minutes?

Substitute for Coffee Creamer?
I've tried using Splenda or stevia with half n half but I hate it! Coffee is my little escape in the morning and I would hate to give it up, but creamer has so many calories. Any unconventional suggestions?

Anyone else notice...?
I keep seeing really nasty people on these community posts... someone will ask a question and people will answer them in the rudest way and act like the answer is the most obvious thing in the world. Or someone will ask about a specific food and the comments will be flooded about how *that* health food is horrible for you…
