If I'm eating when I'm not hungry it probably means I'm eating somthing I should be eating. I usually only eat when I'm hungry. There is no need for me to do otherwise because I don't starve myself and I'm usually hungry by lunch and dinner.

I stopped putting in meals before I had them because I end up not eating it. I'm very indecisive and change my mind about my food choices too often. But it's not a bad thing if it help you! Logging workouts sounds smart if it forces you to do them. :)

I stick to my calorie goal. Listening to "hunger cues" doesn't work for me because I'll under eat a lot.
