  • Get a dehydrator!!! Kiwi, banana, apple, pineapple anything you can think of. All great for snacks on the go👍 Also egg muffins https://livelytable.com/make-ahead-broccoli-cheddar-egg-cups/ add in jalapenos, red pepper or any veg you like. Great for breakfast or post workout snack.
  • I use soya milk, Greek yoghurt, a scoop of protein powder and big handfuls of kale as the main smoothie. Then add different things each day to change it up. Some almonds or a banana, avocado, PB, oats, raisins whatever I have to hand.

  • I agree with kekew1 I've lost weight before but always put it back on. Time for a lifestyle change to make it permanent. I hope we can all support each other on our journeys 👍
  • Hi, just back at it over here too👋 my weight has gone up and down over the last 20 years. 18 stone at my heaviest and 12 and a half at my lightest. I've always found logging my food and exercise to be helpful and a great motivator. I'm a week in and the scales are already moving in the right direction WOOHOOOO!!😃
