For me it all just clicked in my brain one day that I didn’t want to lose weight to look better or to be a certain size. I have been really working loving myself and accepting where I am. I realized I want to lose weight and exercise because I want to live longer for my children. & because I know that if I’m healthier…

Today was. Coffee for breakfast. Lunch A big salad with some air fried chicken boneless wings. Dinner was two chicken fajitas. Snacks were Greek yogurt with pineapple, 100 calorie baked cheetos, 1 Reese’s peanut butter cup and one more coffee. Tomorrow will probably be.. Breakfast coffee, scrambled eggs, two slices of…

I might be a odd one but potatoes really tend to keep me full for a long time. Oatmeal for sure. Also meat tends to really keep me full but I’m kind of picky when it comes to meat so I have a hard time eating enough of it. I am trying to get better at making sure my macros are on track and that I’m eating enough protein.…

Pizza pop!!!!! I loved them as a kid & cant stand them now, the little white chunk of ‘cheese’ eww White bread! Loved it then now I hate it and can only eat whole wheat. Also just juice in general. Sense I’ve started only drinking water & coffee. Apple juice tastes pretty gross to me. Once in a blue moon I’ll have a ice…

Do I bought bacon this weekend with the calories for cooked bacon and it says 190 for 2 slices of raw bacon or 60 calories for 2 slices cooked. So this whole time I’ve been missing out on eating more bacon!!! Ugh the struggle lol
-
Well looks like I’m going to buying me a food scale!!!
-
I have to go to the grocery store so I can pick up anything

Or for example this one doesn’t say

I’m talking about strips. I do eat back bacon as well cause it’s so low in calories but I prefer strips. I believe it says raw.

Well yesterday I went waaaay over. Which I normally don’t do. I believe my maintenance calories are around 2100. I think I’m not eating enough protein during the day which is causing me to eat even more. It’s so weird because as soon as I’m done ovulating I legit have a hard time even eating 1200 calories.

Today I’m going to push though it and work out! Even if it’s only 15 minutes. Because I feel better after and I know in the long run I’ll feel better mentally and physically

In her opening post, she mentions working. Doing that, and having kids is already *two* full time jobs. ; Also, if she's clinically depressed and is suffering from an anxiety disorder, that is the result of a brain chemical imbalance that won't be alleviated by 'helping someone else' to make herself feel better.…

Where do you buy that?

Thanks everyone. I am trying to look at my calories all week vs just one day and that does seem to helping. Also I’m going to make two big salads today so I have something easy and healthy to grab. Going to work out today and not worry to much about my missed day yesterday.

My anxiety can make me either not want to eat all day or eat everything. It’s a mental fight everyday
-
Totally not working out to lose weight, I’m working out to tone and become stronger and because it does help with my anxiety sometimes
-
I work out 4-5 days a week for only about 15 minutes to 30 minutes. All strength training. Not really doing it for weight loss. Already lost 20 pounds without working out. Doing it to tone. I do eat 100 to 200 calories less during the week so I can eat a few extra calories on the weekend. That’s what works for me!
-
I do. I tend to eat lower calories during the week to leave room for a extra glass of wine or a poutine on the weekend. I try and think of it as balance though out the week instead of balance though out the day.

I love Cosco but I don’t think I’ll make it there by payday ☹️

All the fast food coupons they send in the mail 😤

Last night was lazy cabbage rolls in the slow cooker. One of my favourite recipes. Tonight I’ll make butter chicken with cauliflower rice & some veggies on the side.

Totally understand that the longer I keep at it the less I’ll have it! That’s the plan for sure. But it’s just hard starting again when I have this soreness. & Going to take some pain meds right now & do some stretching later on

It’s a 7 min app but a lot of the workouts are 10, 13, 22 mins long. I just pick a beginner one and try to just do one a day. I figured that only doing 10 or 15 mins a day was starting pretty slowly. Considering I use to work out for 45 mins to a hour 4 days a week.

Love a good hike but unfortunately here in bc Canada it’s already snowing like crazy and I have to wait till March to go again! So unfortunately things outdoors are kind of out of the question.

Thanks for all the tips guys! In the summer I walk ALOT! But now that’s it’s winter I’m struggling. So far I’ve been using a fitness app with workouts that are from 7-15 mins and just been trying to do 30 mins 3 to 5 days a week currently. Just for something! Really want to make exercise a routine because I know it’s good…

So awesome!! While I’ve lost about 20 pounds & still have another 20ish pounds to go. I also finally feel like I can wear my problems lie and why I’m over weight! This is a mental battle way more then a physical one!

Popcorn, oranges, cheese string, turkey pepperoni, strawberries with light whipped cream, apple slices with peanut butter, veggies with ranch.

I don’t consider them cheat days but Saturdays I do tend to eat more calories then normal but everyday my calories are different. I do track everything because honestly for me it keeps me accountable. That being said I don’t think you always have to track and I actually think not tracking is a good way to practice…
-
I definitely love a sugar free jello or pudding topped with whipped cream! But I was hoping for something a little more desserty lol
-
Definitely start slow, make small changes, I preferred to slowly cut back on calories instead of suddenly but everyone’s different. For me I found cheat days once a week really helped me stay on track. That doesn’t mean I go crazy I just use that day to indulge in a craving and let loose a bit. Obviously that only works…
