I've keeping up with my workout challenges. I only missed one this week. Good is a little tougher...I do really well with breakfast and lunch but when dinner comes along everything goes out the window. I can do the "real" push ups for about half of each of the 2 rounds and then I have to drop down to the knee version. It's still early, we can do it!

Day 3 complete. Man I struggle with those push ups! My goal is to be able to do full push ups for both rounds by the end of level 1.

I would suggest running as a warm up for the shred. I'm not sure what T25 is but I would suggest alternating that and lifting every other day. Good luck, I hope you find something that works for you!

I love these! They are so fun! You can also find them for kid movies too, so you can watch a movie with the kids and also get your workout in. Mine do them with me and think it's so fun.

I've been slacking super hard these past few weeks with traveling and finals. I fell behind on the challenges but my caloric intake has remained the same, so luckily I haven't gained much weight. Keeping up with both schedules. The increase in burpees is killing me! I did half at regular pace, but had to slow it down for the remaining half.

Something that I do when eating out is when I'm ordering I ask for a box right away. I cut everything in half and it goes in the box. It's much easier for me to stick with just eating half of a restaurant meal when I can't see the other half.

Finished day 6. How is everybody counting the mountain climbers? Is it one per leg or one per set? (Right leg, left leg= 2 climbers or 1 climber) I've been counting it as 2, but curious what everybody else is doing.
