Me too! I am always thinking about sugar, desserts, sweets.. I love chocolate. I did the no-added sugar challenge for a month in 2016. It was difficult the first few days. But felt great! I m trying to do it again but keep failing.

I'm around the same weight & height!! Age: 28 Height: 171 cm HW: 154 lbs = 70 kg CW: 151 lbs = 68.5 kg GW: 125 would be great. 130 is reasonable for me, i think. I was 130 lbs until 2 years ago. So, I'm hoping I can get there again.

I am trying to drink as much water as I can. I take my water bottle to most of my meetings and keep sipping. I take plenty of sips during my meals. It helps me feel full faster and realize the fulness early. I don't measure how much I'm drinking. But the goal is to continue increasing my intake.
