Eating too much fruit can not only put you over you deficit, you may intake too much sugar. I personally believe that this is way way better than processed sugar, but people say they're the same

The thing is even if the OP is scanning the food and using the measurements something is off. 20 mins running 2-3 days is a good little workout. And 1200 cals is very low, especially for a runner. And on top of that, you're a vegan? OP, I think you need to see a doctor.

LMAO really you can do anything you like. You can not log anything, or you can log that you ate all the bean pies in the world. What is going to be authentic and as realistic as possible is what I go for.

My advice is to log the binge eating. Log everything You'll then realize where your at and what your doing. Pretty soon the negative (-) sign will pop up and then you're like "oh this is what's happening" So my advice is log no matter what. You got nothing to lose
