Are you logging your food?
-
I love jackfruit. Stainy, oh so sweet though

Most rolled oats are steamed and baked Some rolled oats are steamed only Instant oats are steamed and baked Steal cut oats are raw but chopped up Groats are pure raw oatmeal. Just letting you guys know

1845 sounds like a good start. Eat your exercise calories back if you want. -if you're extra aggressive you can not eat some back. Keep the activity level at sedentary, because you are not sure how many steps you can get in your day, so sedentary keeps you on the conservative side. And if you want to sit around and not do…
-
Why don't you start? I'm on a similar calorie allowance at 1850. What's your height and weight?
-
No procrastination by contemplation. Start now
-
Squats usually help, but for some ladies that's where they carry their fat naturally. I thaought the big booty look was in.
-
Assuming that you're logging correctly, a quick fix for that is a candy bar
-
I eat carbs galore. Pizza, naan, multiple times a week. Lost weight. On a different note, 1200 Cal seems pretty low
-
Fizzy water? Soda or sparkling water? If it's soda, you're going on a sugar spree
-
Well saturated fats are good now. Haha that's how science changes for you. But IMO saturated fats have always been good. Eggs? Coconut oil? How could anyone knock saturated fats
-
Youre looking for a gem? Log your food
-
Is it safe to exercise with that?
-
Well food is food. There are low calorie foods and calorie dense foods. Nothing is wrong with sugar, bread and rice. Pizza is just cheese sauce bread and meat, which is not junk, in my opinion. It's all a matter of portions
-
Truth is, if you don't log, nobody knows. Nobody knows how much you ate. You don't know how much you ate There are some cookies that are super calorie dense and I can eat those by the trick load. Log your food
-
LMAO. You can do anything you want. You're a child of My Fitness Parent
-
I love doing that on the weekends. But the calories go quck
-
This is what happens when you don't log. You don't know if the weight is real. Nobody here know how many calories you ate. You don't know how many calories you ate. Log your food
-
Fishes have fingers?
-
Why call these cheat days? What kinda cheating are you doing?
-
Budweiser? You're obviously new to beer
-
Why do British people still use stones as a measuring unit? I mean, you use pounds with the stones, like 10 stone 10 lbs. Wouldn't it be easy to just say 150 lbs? I need to Google where "stone" came from
-
I support this. Sundays before I play soccer I drink 2 cups of promiseland chocolate milk which is about 560 cals. It's half the reason why I play soccer
-
Keep it on there and keep logging
-
OP I don't know what you call a binge. But as long as you log them. It will be fine. When you log, you don't give up, you're accountable for the food you eat. Gaining some pounds back is not failing, quitting is failing
-
Souch a silly question. 2 steaks. Both same calories, do I eat the one with higher fat? 2 chocolate same calories, do I eat the one with higher sugar? None of this matters unless you are deficient in some other area that you're not revealing
-
I know that they make low calorie beers for this market. ie: Michelob ultra. But why would you do this to yourself? IMO it's like having low-fat chocolate. Here's an idea that you can use. Limit one or workout earlier in the day, just for beer calories
-
I'm at a loss too. No stats? Here's a tip eat less and workout more
-
One is better? It's like which one is better. chicken pot pie or gummy bears. Baby back ribs or oatmeal. Ice cream or sweet potato It's a silly question is all I'm saying
-
OP you're on the right track. Soon the pounds will level out. I think the idea is you'll lose an average of 2 lbs a week. You're going fast now, but you'll slow down
