I've done the same and have some success over various attempts but did not stick with it. I'm sticking with it this time. Good question. Id like to see the answer to that as well. I know the calorie intake changes as you loose weight and it gives you a 5 week out projection but that's all i really looked into it.

Sounds good and thanks. Good job on your 10 lbs so far. I started dieting and 1/1/17 and staying committed to it. Keeping it positive. On day 2 of working out...body is not happy but i like being below the calorie goal.
