I haven't been 100%, I eat out more than I would like. I try to be as accurate as possible but it would be fair to say I don't always know for sure how many calories are in the food I'm eating. But even then I would be shocked if I am eating more than 1,300 calories per day.

I think it's possible to have a flat stomach when your toughening you stomach muscles. But everyone's will protrude at least a little when relaxed. I wouldn't worry too much about it honestly.

I know it might sound silly, but disordered eating is addictive and a person can easily lose control. If the people around you are worried it's time to start making changes. This is an addiction that can stick with you for the rest of your life. It's really not worth it.

Dr. Probably knows best. When people start worrying about an eating disorder it's time to reflect. Many people try and rationalize their dieting as being normal. But when you start prioritizing looks over your health you are entering a bad place.

I find Keto has been the best diet for me, but its a very personal thing. I find I can eat less calories and feel full compared to a higher carb diet. I had my blood pressure checked last month and it was normal, and there isn't any pollution or more of an allergy concern.

I'm still wearing the same size, just fitting a little tighter. They had been loose around christmas time and no its a little difficult to get them on. And there has been no increase in size anywhere else
