  • I'm having the same issue. My steps will sync. Then I'll come back to log something and the steps will be at 0 again. It's been a struggle to have to juggle both the apps to see what's been burned, what I can eat. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
  • I use it with Forskolin. I just started taking them both this week. I'll let you know in a couple weeks if I notice any difference. I don't really need to lose weight, just trying to lean up and build some muscle.

  • I second doing the cardio. When I'm REALLY sore and it's doms I usually work out anyway. cardio helps for some reason. Maybe loosens the muscles back up. Make sure to eat. You're lucky you didn't make yourself sicker.

  • 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg scrambled, a serving of deli ham and 1 slice of wheat bread with 2 tablespoons of reduced fat peanut butter. It's a good mix of carbs,fat and protein for me.
