Hi. I've been back training hard for a month today. The tape measure and the scale have not moved. My fitbit tells me I burn at least 2,995 upwards of 3,000 calories a day. I eat 1200-1500 calories a day. I work out HARD. FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR. I do cardio and lift light weights (5-10) doing P90X3 6 days a week. I'm 30 5'3"…

How much is too much deficit at the end of the day?
How many calories burned do you guys leave at the end of the day? Like I'll eat most of them today was like 144 left. It's not necessary to eat them all right? I don't want to screw up my progress eating too little you know?

Bad headache on "cheat" day!
Today was an off day for exercise and my one day to cheat a little. I ate fried food, too much sodium and naturally I didn't eat 5 or 6 small meals today.
