@Christine_72 I'm not inactive, I could be more active though... 3-4x a week running 3-4 Miles each time. Do you have any advice on how to up my mileage without injury? I haven't had to do that for a long time and I don't remember how to do that without hurting myself.

Plan something fun to do before or after that you don't get to do in the evenings. Also I like planning a breakfast that I look forward to but takes some level of time and effort so then I have to get up.

When I was suffering from Anorexia someone told me I looked healthy... I wasn't. I was 5lbs away from a feeding tube. Like?????

Also if you're still hungry after that then I'd have a tbs or two of peanut butter because you'll stay fuller for a longer amount of time.

same. It depends on your calorie goal and activity level. If you're super hungry then I'd have an extra snack or two like fruit and veggies or something.

You're pretty tall so that's pretty healthy and puts your BMI at 23.6 and I think a normal one is between 20-25. BMI isn't super accurate cause you could have a ton of muscle and weigh more and still be healthy. As long as you're eating healthy and are being active you should be good. Find a form of exercise that you enjoy…
