Hunger every friday

Every Friday I'm so much more hungrier than any other day in the week and I hate it! It's like my body is trying to get caught up from the week? Anyone else have days like this? And it's every week!!

    How big a calorie deficit are you using?

    same. It depends on your calorie goal and activity level. If you're super hungry then I'd have an extra snack or two like fruit and veggies or something.

    Also if you're still hungry after that then I'd have a tbs or two of peanut butter because you'll stay fuller for a longer amount of time.

    Because you have too steep a deficit?
