Although I just see it as pancake day like some people do, shrove Tuesday is a religious thing. I'm going to be honest I have no clue but Google it and it should come up with a load of answers :)

But what my question is, is if I hit my protein and fat macros but not my carb macros, can I go over on protein and fat to reach my calorie surplus?

I meet my fat and protein goals each day but obviously I'm not going to eat all my carbs everyday because 1. I don't always need the energy 2. I don't want to gain too much fat. I obviously am prepared to gain fat mass too as part of putting on muscle mass, it just something I've got to be prepared for. But what you guys are saying is to hit my calorie goals and go over on fats and proteins and fill up with carbs if need be :smile: ?

But what kind of foods are high in carbs but low in fat and protein so I don't go over them two macros?
