I did the stairmaster for 20 mins at the gym and beat the highscore for this week.

I don’t eat past 7 and i’m in bed by 8:30 everynight. But what helps my cravings is lemon water or celery & peanutbutter.

I go to anytime fitness and have talked to a PT. I have a session with him next week. Thank you all for your reaponses and advice they are really appreciated and I will be looking through the threads on here as well.
