Hey All! Its been a week so I thought I would check in! Today's Yay is that I'm now past my lowest weight... i've been struggling to get past that one number... Still have 57.2 pounds to lose until goal weight but now I've lost a total of 82.8 pounds!

Well, I stopped doing WW because I wasn't losing and when I put in how many calories I was eating each day by following their program, I was eating more than 2,000 calories a day. Just wasn't working for me. Counting calories and using MFP for free I've lost over 80 pounds. That's with 1200 calories a day and walking.

I didn't write it out - but I started off with a commitment to myself to try to do at least 250 steps each hour for 10 hours with reminders on my fitbit watch. Then it was to hit 8,000 steps a day. Now I can do both of those after about a 3 weeks and thinking of upping my daily steps goal since I'm averaging over 11,000…

That's awesome. I definitely slacked after about 180 days of tracking but overall I am still down 75 pounds since March 2018. I'm just getting back into it to try and lose another 65 pounds! Let's all keep cheering each other on.
