That's awesome! I'm fully fat adapted and don't find myself getting tired after cardio. I do yoga, barre, walking etc just easy stuff but I'd like to start lifting soon!

It sounds like you are doing everything by the book. If you're eating to your macros you know that is enough food, so while you feel hungry - you don't need to eat. I've been Intermittent Fasting 16/8 going on 80 days! I like it just because it saves me time in the morning and I can eat two larger meals.

I meant to add that I Intermittent fast so that means I only eat in an 8 hour window every day. So it's easier to stick to the calories over only 2 meals.

There is a macros calculator so it depends what your starting weight is. I eat around 1400.

Once you're fat adapted there are very little cravings. It could be more of a mental thing that you need to work through. It's definitely not easy!

Oh no - getting frustrated sucks. You really just have to trust that the diet is going to lead you where you need to go - regardless of the scale. The small changes really start to add up! Don't cheat - it's been 110 days of no cheating for me and I would say it contributed to my results. Best of luck to you both!!!
