Hey guys! I am really proud of my results over the past 6 months. Down almost 44 lbs and gained a whole bunch of confidence!

Animal fats!? I eat a lot of chicken wings and salads with fatty dressing!

I started a couple of weeks ago and really like it. Previously I was trying to cut but eating like 250-300 grams of carbs. I was really hungry all the time and having trouble holding even a 500 cal deficit.
On keto I'm never really all that hungry and I find it really easy to hold 1000 cal deficit.
Do you workout? I'm still able to get a good pump when I lift but if I do cardio I feel like I need a nap. I'm hoping I'll continue to adapt to ketones as my primary fuel.

That's awesome! I'm fully fat adapted and don't find myself getting tired after cardio. I do yoga, barre, walking etc just easy stuff but I'd like to start lifting soon!0 -
