This. Exactly right. I will count calories no matter what. A few extra cashews for example, can add 50 to 100 calories. It is amazing how fast things can add up. There is a water electrolyte powder by Biosteel that is excellent. Vitamin Shoppe has a water electrolyte enhancer by True Athlete that is fantastic I also use Sweetleaf water drops with a bit of liquid stevia. Love it!

Mostly anything vanilla cream filled- chocate, pastries, doughnuts. Its not the cake/ pastry itself- just the filling. Cake frosting, and chocolate cream.
